What We Offer

We are a multi-faceted working horse farm located in Port Angeles, Washington.

We give Lessons in natural horsemanship, hunt-seat, jumping, cross country and dressage. Our emphasis these days is on The Natural Jumping Horse & Rider. We also offer lessons to our Hoof Beats Riding Club members, dedicated young riders who want to learn as much as they can about horses and horse care. Riders participate in a series of Horse Shows here at the farm and we haul out to participate in shows at other facilities. At the end of the show season we have an awards banquet. We create a supportive schooling atmosphere and our shows are relaxed, fun and affordable—thanks to the dedication of our show committee and help from our Sponsors. Additionally, we welcome the input of parents.

Throughout the year we host various Events, including Summer Camps, Clinics, and Whole Horse Wellness Workshops. At least once a month during the summer we collect food for the local food banks or give to the local animal shelter, by offering rides to children under 5 years old at our Mini Beats Rides & Charity Drive.

We offer Boarding & Training, taking in a select number of horses for training each year. We also have on site two Natural Hoof Care professionals.

We have direct access to the Olympic Discovery Trail and in the summer we organize trail rides, various field trips and picnics. Occasionally we host a fun weekend where friends haul their horses in to work cows. Our large covered arena has a seated area alongside the arena, or inside an adjacent heated room equipped with viewing windows. This room is often used as a classroom or dining area for the many events that we host all year long. Our lovely facility—which is included in the annual Harvest Celebration Farm Tour—includes pastures, large corrals, a round pen, and an outdoor cross-country play area and obstacle course.
